anon - thank you so much this actually means a lot to me that someone cares this much :) It’s really hard cause he is the boss, it’s his company and recently everyone is leaving and I don’t think he can see why. Usually I’m the one he listens to but I don’t know anymore. I’m going to call him in a bit and try and sort this out but when I next go there if things don’t improve I may have to leave.
